We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Event Coordinator to support the Production Team across Labyrinth’s indoor shows and festivals. This is a practical, entry‑level role suited to someone looking to build experience in event production. You’ll help with planning, supplier coordination, documentation, and on‑site delivery for Labyrinth events. You’ll need to be proactive, well‑organised, and happy to get involved wherever needed.

Job requirements:

  • Preferably some previous experience or involvement in live events – ideally across both venues and festivals.

  •  A strong interest in look‑and‑feel and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  •  Great organisation and attention to detail.

  •  Good communication skills — written and verbal.

  •  Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.

  •  Confidence with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.

  •  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and long event days when required.

  •  A driving licence is a requirement.

Content Creator (House Music)

Glasgow Underground

This is a full‑time, London‑based role. You must live in London or within one hour of our office in E8. Hybrid working (2–5 days on site) is available depending on performance. You’ll work closely with Kevin McKay and our small creative team to grow one of the UK’s most respected independent house labels.

Job requirements:

  • Strong experience creating engaging content across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

  •  Video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar).

  •  Ability to craft platform‑native edits (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, subtitles).

  •  Great eye for storytelling, timing and sound — understanding what makes content perform.

  •  Understanding of trends, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g. IG Insights, YT Studio).

  •  Confident working independently, delivering to tight deadlines, and iterating on feedback.

  •  Passion for house music and club culture — you understand the vibe instinctively.

We are among the very first to hear brand new music and are responsible for managing strategy for artists across social, content and online platforms. It’s a busy department, but a very rewarding one, at the centre of every artist campaign – from when they are first signed, to when they are headlining their first arena! 

Job requirements:

  • A real fan – someone who has a deep understanding of fan behaviour and what makes people connect via social content to a broad range of artists

  • Fluent in short form content

  • Up to date with cultural touchpoints and a wide knowledge of pop/internet culture generally

  • Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut etc. 

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and how to use data to inform content strategy

  • Thorough understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X (including platform-specific trends and best practice)

  • Ability to work on several projects at once
