We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Event Coordinator to support the Production Team across Labyrinth’s indoor shows and festivals. This is a practical, entry‑level role suited to someone looking to build experience in event production. You’ll help with planning, supplier coordination, documentation, and on‑site delivery for Labyrinth events. You’ll need to be proactive, well‑organised, and happy to get involved wherever needed.
Job requirements:
Preferably some previous experience or involvement in live events – ideally across both venues and festivals.
A strong interest in look‑and‑feel and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Great organisation and attention to detail.
Good communication skills — written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
Confidence with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and long event days when required.
A driving licence is a requirement.
